100 Black Men of America is a premier mentorship and leadership organization with over 100 chapters across the United States. Their mission — improving the quality of life for Black men and youth — is executed through education, mentorship, health, and economic development programs.
The Challenge
Despite a powerful national brand and decades of impact, the organization's digital presence wasn't keeping pace with its influence. Individual chapters had inconsistent online visibility, and the national site wasn't optimized to drive membership inquiries or program participation.
What I Did
National SEO Audit
Conducted a full audit of the national site and identified critical gaps in local chapter visibility, structured data, and content strategy.
Chapter Digital Playbook
Created a standardized digital playbook for local chapters — covering Google Business Profile optimization, social media templates, and event promotion best practices.
Content Strategy
Developed a content framework to highlight member stories, mentorship outcomes, and program impact in a format built for search and social sharing.
Results
Organic visibility improved significantly across both national and chapter-level searches. Membership inquiries doubled within the first quarter. The digital playbook was adopted across multiple chapters as a standard operating resource.
